Comfort Zone Service Agreement

Your perfect comfort is the Comfort Zone goal. Reliable, comfortable cooling and heating is designed into the Comfort Zone program.

Did you know that having your HVAC system checked twice a year is as important as changing the oil in your car? Routine maintenance doubles the lifespan of the average residential heating and cooling system. Efficiently operating systems can cut monthly energy costs by up to 25% compared with poorly maintained systems.

As a Comfort Zone member, your Gas Engineers technician will visit your home twice a year to conduct a 13-point heating system and cooling system analysis. Your personal technician will change filters and add Freon as needed while conducting a comprehensive examination of your home and equipment.

The Comfort Zone plan more than pays for itself as members benefit from higher system efficiency, lower utility bills, fewer breakdowns and equipment discounts.

Comfort Zone ensures that you have…

  • Your system will operate at full power even during the hottest and coldest times of the year.
  • Our experienced technicians know your home and your system, making repairs quick and complete. Your system spends more time heating and cooling.
  • When you need repairs, you will receive priority service and, as always, your service call will be scheduled at your convenience.

  • Properly-tuned equipment uses less electricity and gas, saving you money on every utility bill.
  • A well-maintained operating system works more easily and efficiently, giving it a longer service life.
  • Comfort Zone members save 10% on every repair and 5% on equipment purchases, which can add up to substantial savings.

  • The Comfort Zone 13-point inspection is conducted twice a year and is designed to identify and eliminate hazards in your home. Gas lines and fittings, electrical connections, furnace venting, and carbon monoxide are thoroughly inspected to ensure that you and your family are safe.
  • Potential sources of mold in your air conditioning system are chemically treated to eliminate all types of organic growth.
  • Special consideration is given to the condensate system to move potentially harmful moisture away from the home.

As a Comfort Zone member, you can rest assured about the condition and efficiency of your heating and cooling systems.
